Poster presentations
A poster is a static presentation, usually a large sheet of paper, on which a single research project is laid out in an attractive and readable format. These posters are then put up in a single room of a conference venue, and all conference attendees can wander around the room and browse the posters. Sometimes the presenter is assigned a slot to stand by their poster and greet people and explain their work, depending on the conference.
